After training under acclaimed Chef Charlie Palmer in Chicago, Chef Jorge went on to open celebrated Mexican restaurants in Dubai, showcasing the vibrant flavors of his heritage on an international stage.

With nearly 30 years dedicated to crafting Texas cuisine with a nod to Mexico’s rich culinary traditions, he blends authenticity, creativity, and precision into every dish.
